Commercial Cleaning Operative Jobs Requirements
As a commercial cleaner you'll be trusted to work independently and as part of a team in our clients' premises who will rely on you to attend without fail. Our cleaner recruitment process that is designed to ensure you are the right fit for us and our client's. This starts with our application form.
However, there are some basic requirements that every applicant must meet to pass our initial screening process. In exchange we offer some of the highest rates of pay in the industry and flexibility towards working where possible.

Will I Be Employed Or Self-Employed?
If you apply for a role which states "Contractor", then this will indicate you are applying for a self-employed position. This will be fully explained to you prior to you taking on any work and after 3 months you may automatically qualify and be offered direct employment.
Being a contractor comes with many benefits you may not have as a direct employed cleaner. These include but are in no way limited to being able to choose the jobs you take on, where and at what time. We won't deduct any taxes from your pay as you'll complete your own self-assessment at the end of the year. It also allows you to take on other work with other similar companies or privately if you choose to do so.

A direct employed member of the team may not have such luxuries.
Once you join our team as an employee, you'll however have other benefits such as holiday pay and pension contributions paid for you. You'll also be able to take on other roles within the company on a permanent or temporary basis. This could include things such as becoming a supervisor, a manager or involved in the recruitment and training process.
